Listen, strange Directors lying about the definition of "misinforming" is
no basis for a system of 2017 Lawbook interpretatation. Clarifying previous
standard practice, the 2017 Law 75D1 specifically defines:

"Players are expected to disclose their partnership agreements accurately
(see Law 20F1); failure to do so constitutes Misinformation."
