Re: arragement of played cards

Dummy is still regarded to be a player.
There is no specific rule about that, but the wordings of law 45 A "Each
player except dummy plays a card..." or law 9 A3 "Any player, including
dummy, may..." would not make sense if it is different.

So Law 65B3 does apply to Dummy. It is more specific than law 43A1(b)
and therefore overruling it.
