53E, " Opening Lead by Wrong Side," covers it. Perhaps Law 53 would be clearer if it was resequenced to make 53E the first entry. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] <[email protected]> On Behalf Of Robert Frick Sent: Tuesday, February 5, 2019 1:23 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [Blml] Declarer's OLOOT Do the laws cover declarer's opening lead out of turn? It has to be rare, and I think the principles are obvious. (Or maybe not.) It was unpleasant to find in the rules: "After a faced opening lead out of turn, declarer may spread his hand; he becomes dummy." I assume anyone could figure out not to allow that. _______________________________________________ Blml mailing list [email protected] http://lists.rtflb.org/mailman/listinfo/blml _______________________________________________ Blml mailing list [email protected] http://lists.rtflb.org/mailman/listinfo/blml
