Yes. To say the obvious, declarer meant the queen of spades. Aren't there several ways to get to this ruling? I can't see any way to make the pointing to the queen of spades go away.

Actually, if declared points at the queen of spades and says "queen of hearts", I will accept that as a call for the queen of spades even if the queen of hearts is in dummy. To me, there is something very primitive about pointing.
