I think all course notes will eventually appear in the ACM digital
library. Some courses' notes are on the Full Conference DVD-ROM.

The complete notes for the Advances in Real-Time Rendering course
don't seem to be anywhere as of yet. I did notice that Anton
Kaplanyan's slides, PDF, and movies relating to his real-time GI talk
are available on Crytek's site:
