http://realtimerendering.com/intersections.html is a good place to look, it has a number of references and links. I *know* I've found the ERIT paper online in the past, but can't find the link right now. Like Jon says, the Ericson book has the answer - my page gives the page numbers. It also gives the link to the Wild Magic code page.
