hate to tell you but for online credit card purchases it is IMPOSSIBLE 
to prevent chargebacks.  the billing company will NEVER side with you.

they can't afford to or they lose their 'in' with visa/mastercard.

most billing companies force you to pay the bs 'visa tax' that was 
recently imposed (as a result of the adult industry's abuse of credit 
card billing), but both plimus.com and esellerate.net do not charge you 
the $750 USD/year that other billing companies do and are very legit.

how would you propose getting your monthly check then?  either way the 
billing companies i've mentioned will let you sign up and start taking 
purchases from day one, no bs.
