Hmm... I'm not totally sure. I think the documentation
(http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/C-Extensions.html) is not completely
clear, but apparently that works at least on recent gcc versions. I've been
using that for some time. So, please, let me know if you find any issue!
