I've had no problems with the PNG file format in CS3... and I'd hope
no one would, as PNG's are used extensively in Flash CS3 (bitmap
format of choice)!

Jon, I'd investigate your setup... sounds like a bad issue. Did you
copy filters from a previous version, or install CS3 ontop of CS2,
etc?
