I have only changed input shape.
On Caffe,

from 9x9
input_dim: 1
input_dim: 50
input_dim: 9
input_dim: 9

to 19x19
input_dim: 1
input_dim: 50
input_dim: 19
input_dim: 19

This is available on fully convolutional.
