I'd like to clarify, though, that GSoC for this year is over, and we're talking about joining the team as a normal developer, without sponsorship from Google. Speaking of GUI, there is a certain work which has started in the direction of improving it, and that is where you can start looking. The work I mean is sitting here: https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm/pull/401 What you may start looking into is to make it mergeable again, and then we can discuss what needs to be completed.
