[::ScummVM Translations::] New comment in ScummVM/scummvm

There has been a new comment on ScummVM/scummvm at ::ScummVM
Translations::.

Looking at optionsList in scummvm/engines/zvision/detection_tables.h all
the other game options use verbs in them. This would suggest that
"Double" in "Double FPS" is a verb. A correct translation for a verb
would be "Tuplaa FPS" tai "Kaksinkertaista FPS" in Finnish. If we wanted
"Double FPS" to be translated as an Adjective + Noun it would be
"Tupla-FPS" in Finnish.
