New engine Illusions - Duckman support

Hi Scummvm devs, I've been busy finishing off support for the game Duckman in John Doe's Illusion engine. http://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php/Duckman:_The_Graphic_Adventures_of_a_Private_Dick I now think it is ready to merge. I've created a PR. https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm/pull/1229 The game is completeable with all the major features. The English and German versions are supported. There is also partial support for the other Illusions game "Beavis and Butt-Head: Do U" but I haven't done any work on it.
