New mirror system is online + call for mirrors

Hi there,

as I announced in https://www.scummvm.org/news/20181210/ a couple of
days I ago, I finished the migration to MirrorBrain for some sort of
geolocation and load-balancing on the main scummvm.org server.

So far, the system appears to run very reliable and I haven't heard any
complaints from users so far.

I'm currently preparing an How-To article for our Wiki to encourage more
users to provide a mirror, but it would also help *a lot* if someone
following this mailing list could provide a mirror too. Space
requirements are quite low, about 25 GB right now. From my observations,
each new release adds about 2 GB to the total repository size. Traffic
right now is really low, the mirror I'm providing is currently at under
100 GB a month. Obviously, the bandwidth needed will most likely
increase when a new release is out.
