ScummVM 2.1.1 release?

Hi Team,

It has been a while since we released 2.1.0, and I am thinking about
releasing 2.1.1. There is quite a number of important fixes which landed
there. What do you think?

I was hoping that we release Android port with it, but unfortunately that
is not happening.

For minor releases, we do not do user testing, and just tag directly and
build.

So, if you think it is a good idea, please let me know. Also, please make
sure that you cherry-picked all important bugfixes.
