[Admin] Conference / Paper Announcements... again

Howdy all - I think about two years ago, the question was put forth by me to the SWEng-GameDev list because someone politely asked me off list - were calls for papers and SWEng-GameDev field related conference announcements OK? The answer, at the time, was yes. However... at this time I'm putting a hold on all conference announcements. They will have to email me directly, and I'll review them first. I'm going to refrain from publicly commenting if MULTICONF-10 is a scam or not - the question is if this is really SWEng-GameDev related material, and it's not. Software Engineering may be covered by this conference, but not necessarily in the same way we play the game :-) One for a conference on specifically Game Development would be more applicable to the list. And before a flame war breaks out... I checked the subscription logs, and yes, Tony subscribed after the discussion on MULTICONF-10 had started, so yes it's more likely than not an an alternate account. Shame, shame - remember, list Admin sees all and knows all... but ignores 100% of it until it's important ;-) I've updated (the often ignored ;-) list subscription information to include information on submitting a call for papers or conference announcement.
