Since clicking links is not a good use of your time, I imagine a brief trip to Google would be even more costly to you.  I'll go ahead and walk you straight to the end:  You can now use the Mono.CSharp.dll on .Net.  And of course since it's compiling to CIL on the fly, you get the full 'benefit' of Microsoft's implementation wrt performance/whatever.
