Clark, By saying the cops should not act when they feel they have probable cause, you're essentially disarming them. Now I wasn't there and neither were you. I'm giving the British police the benefit of the doubt until proven different when they say that they felt the man was a threat. You are doing exactly the opposite when you suggest that the performed a "street execution". The next time this situation occurs - and I'm sure it will - I only hope and pray that some cop doesn't hesitate because he doesn't want to be accused of performing a street execution and instead, the suspect manages to detonate his bomb killing thousands. I know to many on the left think police are all jackbooted fascists, but I cannot understand the need to accuse these cops of performing a street execution when they had a suspect acting in a completely suspcious manner in a very tense situation and they did what they thought was the right thing to do. -- Bill Highfield St Cloud, Florida, USA!
