Point being that now that the bombers know that could be shot at sight, they are likely to come up with some mechanism to cause them to blow themselves up when shot. Shouldn't be too difficult.

Meanwhile, the police commissioner (also a Blair!) of London actually agrees with Bill about the "dangers" of using tasers!
