More on the Brazilian : http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/4730943.stm Hope it stirs some sympathy for the unfortunate lad. Apparently, from reports I've read, the Brazilian was in Great Britian illegally. His visa had expired, and he had forged/altered the visa to make it look as if it was still current. So when the cops started questioning him, he must have thought they were going to discover his little secret, and took off. A deadly error, but at least we have some idea of why he would run from police. There's still no explanation as to why he had altered his visa, but I'm guessing he had a job that he didn't want to lose, or else he just preferred to live in Great Britain instead of Brazil. -- Bill Highfield St Cloud, Florida, USA!
