It was only a matter of time before Halliburton came up ... since 
they're one of the few companies that provides the service required on 
that kind of scale, of course they'd get the contract.  But no doubt the 
tinfoil hat wearers on the left will see a conspiracy ... wait, I know 
... Bush and Cheney planned this hurricane all along to benefit Halliburton!
