That was a most stupid article on Sky News.  Way too many ifs and ors to
make any sense.

We were, however, discussing that a couple of weeks ago, before Katrina. 
Sometimes the Thames naturally comes right up the pier towards our garden
level, a bit of a flood and it's not going to hit the flats but the garage
will make very amusing viewing.
