Bill:  As I said before, the charges where dropped when it was decided that 
the
law was too vaguely
worded to enforce.  Personally, I think that a whole lot of officials
realized that they had might have come
real close to breaking that same law, and made sure the charges were
dropped.

Mark: Exactly my suspicions too.

It was not my intent to deliberatly cause offence by my remarks, I was a 
little piqued at the time and the target of the USA was irresistible.
