I take the same view as with the wrong coast designation from your
previous question. - There can only be one unit in MAO, therefore this
order applies to the support of that unit.

I've got a question that I should probably know the
answer too but I figured I'd run this by an unbiased
group.

Given:
a game where:
England has been eliminated
F/I are cooperating
Italian Fleet in MAO

Is this French support order valid:
Fleet Brest supports English fleet MAO to ENG.

My first reaction was to void it since it is not an
English fleet in the MAO.  However recent discussions
on these lists led me to reconsider that and since
there are no English units on the map at all I allowed
the support.

Thoughts?
