Turkish Player Needed for Dip 999

The game is Standard, we are currently waiting on Fall 1903 orders, 
and Turkey is in a bit of a tough spot.  Russian forces have just 
annihilated a Turkish army and conquered Ankara, so while Turkey 
still technically has three centers, one of those is occupied. 
However, the other powers are well-balanced and I'm sure a clever 
diplomat can find a way to turn things around.

Assuming we have a volunteer soon, we will hold Fall until Wed. Sept. 
28th, leaving plenty of time to negotiate, and turns will (hopefully) 
be weekly after that.  Priority will be given to anyone who has 
contacted me about this game, then DipKnights, then anyone else. 
House rules and game map available on request.
