Hello Charles,

Since The German move from Bur to Mun is of strength 2 and the French move
from Mun to Bur is of the same strength is of equal strength I believe that
there should be a bounce between both forces resulting is a stanoff. So
French A Mun should remain put.

The main problem is what to do in regard with the 2nd French move from Mar
to Bur. It is true that the Germans have no way to oppose that move. On the
other hand there is the bounce between 2 equal French moves into Bur that
should cause in a self bounce.

After careful deliberation I have reach the conclusion that there should be
a French counce and the German should remain at Bur. The reason is that the
bounce between the French armies exists and whether the the German army
attempted to move or was simply ordered to hold as no influence on the
matter.

Had the German move dislodged French A Mun, then the move from Mar would
have been successful as a dislodged unit as no effect on the province that
dislodged it and therefore no bounce.

In conclusion, just in case the length of this message caused to much
confusion, my recommendation is: All armies remain put!

Charles, I hope that's been helpful for you, I'll go and check what the
others have came up with now.

Yours,
Yoav haberman
