Italy's F Wes was supporting Spa(sc) against your attack from Mar. 
Thus your attack from Mar - Spa(sc) does not succeed, 2 vs. 2.  In 
addition, because the support from Italy's Spa(sc) was offered into 
Mar, and your attack originated from Mar, the Italian support is not 
cut by your attack.  Your unit in Mar has only strength 1 to hold, 
but the uncut Italian support makes the attack from GoL weight 2, so 
your unit in Mar is therefore dislodged (and, as it happens, 
annihilated).

Sorry about that, but the adjudication is correct.
