Too much information has gone out to all the parties once the moves are revealed. For much the same reason, you cannot allow Italy to resubmit. Italy is just going to have to take it in the shorts on this one. It sucks, but there's just no other way to handle it. Hopefully the GM learned a little something: 1. It is dangerous, but not fatal, to grant extensions at the last minute. 2. It is fatal to process orders before a stated deadline unless it is absolutely, explicitly clear that you plan to adjudicate at the moment all orders are in. I'm not clear on judge syntax, but I assume the "wait" flag means the order set is not yet final. If you force process under those conditions, expect a catastrophe. 3. You can never _really_ rollback a turn. Once the moves are out there, they are out there. The damage is done. The GM needs to apologize a whole lot to Italy, and quite a bit to everyone else, too. That's my take, anyway. -Adam
