Objective, neutral, and follows the rules explicitly. Wow, what an original concept, huh? I urge you all to consider it your first course of action for running or playing in a game. Call me crazy, but it seems to me that that's the best way to run a game.
Anyone who wants to disagree..... before you come to me to discuss it, figure out which of my three "rationales" discussed above you fall into. We'll start t he conversation from there.
