Is there going to be an '08 Worldmasters?  Now that PBEM tournaments are so 
common, and with the weird ending of the last one, I am not sure if the 
interest is there.  I could be wrong though.

Regarding Cat23 itself, it runs mainly on yahoogroups, but there are a few 
things that could be set back up on a web page or two.  Some links, 
mechanisms to join the various yahoogroups, a game number generator.
