1266 Replacing France

Folks,
  You may remember that, the last time Shane (France)
was late, I told everyone I would replace him upon his
next offense. While I delayed (I feel) sufficiently to
give him time for his business trip, it's past the
deadline and I've not heard from him in either of my
GM'ed games that he's in.
  This is an official call for a new France. The
position is a quite tenable, 8 center/8 unit spot in
Colonial. This is a map ONLY variant - I'm not using
the special rules for the Trans-Siberian Railroad
(much to poor Trout's chagrin) or the Suez Canal.
  The first stand-up player to show interest directly
to me will be sent the latest map and adjudication as
well as my house rules. We could really use a fast
replacement, so don't be shy!
