If someone wants to buy a domain name (the cheapest is a UK domain 
from 123-reg.co.uk @ £6.97 for 2 years) I'd be more than willing to 
provide 250Mb web space & 1Gb per month data transfer for free and set 
up Joomla CMS, which allows users to log in and post their own content 
which is then managed by "super-users".

This would have the added bonus of GMs being able to upload the 
moves/maps to the site rather than having to email big maps to 
everyone.

Google Sitemaps would also be included to try & get the site high on 
the search engines as well.
