OK, because of the interest I'm going to bump
installing a webmail interface on asciiking.com in
favor of tidying up the Cat23 site this coming
weekend. If anybody wants to register a domain name
for Cat23 or have cat23.worldmasters.net point to some
other host then please let me know by Friday so that I
don't spend any time on the site if it's going to be
dumped in favor of a CMS like Joomla.

As for the rest... if there's call for it, I'll
probably have the infrastructure in place since I plan
on implementing similar features on asciiking.com.
It's just a matter of looking at what I have available
on asciiking, worldmasters and kolonelpanic then
saying, "Hey, can we have that too?" For example, once
I have a webmail interface set up for
dip.asciiking.com addresses it becomes next to trivial
to set up "cat23.worldmasters.net" addresses too.
