Re: Cat23 Domain

Cat23 is a historical name. I'd keep it for the domain and what I would 
do is to title the relevant pages (portal and other possible ones) as 
"Cat23 Diplomacy" or "Cat23" and subtitled as "Diplomacy" or "Diplomacy 
online" or "Diplomacy by email" - or whatever.

That way the domain would be shortest (and most historical) while any 
search would yield the "Diplomacy" keyword hit in the title what is 
always more suggestive than in the bulk text.

PS - I have read all the latest emails and I think there are some very 
good initiatives going on... but such brainstorm is also giving me sort 
of headache. Could someone with "authority" (pedigree, admin status, 
lots of enthusiasm or whatever other relative qualification) summarize 
and try to focus it all?
