In case you don't have a judge built in already, Manus Hand has an excellent one written in Python - and he provides the code to anyone who wants it. (He used to, anyway).

Cheers,
Deepak

A wise king once said, "Don't muzzle the ox while its
treading the grain." I wasn't aware that Cat23 had any
leadership, which I took to mean that they were doing
  a good job. :-D

There's a good chance of cat23.org email addresses
being available as forwarders and/or webmail.

I have over 400 email addresses. I'm sure David has at
  least 3 of them.

That's already written into the code. I didn't mention
it because nobody seems to ever use it unless they
immediately realized that they chose the wrong queue.
Historically, what are the most common variants played
on Cat23? Many gunboat, postal or broadcast only
  games?

Hosting is easy. It's development that eats my stomach
lining. I'm not proposing anything for the Cat23 site
that I'm not implementing elsewhere. I'm certainly not
writing much new code. The queue system is already in
use on DipPouch. I'll be implementing it for Vermont
Group so I might as well leverage my efforts. It's
pure laziness, so thorough that it passes for
  enterprise.

Good HTML is two parts - content and layout -
preferably kept as far apart as possible.

Good thinking. Was the facebook URL in there? I don't
remember seeing it on the Cat list.
