Certainly. I though that one of the defining characteristics of Cat23 was human GMing. I even believe that this definition used to be written in the old homepage - though my memory may fail in this. I've never played with a judge but, if like suggested elsewhere, we are talking of GMs using a judge as adjudication helper, I see no difference between that and using Realpolitik (or any similar adjudicator software). Guess it would be a matter of GMs personal preferences, right? Regards, Luis.
