Well, there would not have been much point in Ray volunteering webspace (to borrow your expression) earlier if no one was interested in using it. This is the first spurt of interest I am seeing in several years, and it is more centered around building a website than starting fresh games of diplomacy.

There has been no significant increase in the number of new games on cat23 while the discussion has been taking place, so I do hope the new website changes that aspect. I am sure it will.
