Sad, but most people have just moved on.  The last wail about it caused a 
small spasm of activity, but that died down.  The Worldmasters Tournaments 
caused a lot of people to make friendships outside of Cat23, and play some 
games in different forums, so the Cat23 people saw what else was out there. 
When everyone else's forums were getting better, Ray gradually stopped 
maintaining the Cat23 website (not that I am blaming him--it's not like he 
was getting paid).  There was also a general move away from email based 
forums to web-based forums.  Note that Dipworld is also quite slow.  And it 
is not just Dipworld, or email based forums only.  Redscape is a shadow of 
what it once was.  But there are other forums now that are very active. 
Playdiponline and Diplomaticcorp are example.  Heck, some people *pay* to 
get premium memberships in PDO, though I can't figure out why.
