Issues Getting a Game Number

I can't seem to find the number generator. Has the process changed since I've been away? I checked the GMing helper article, and the Cat23/INTV site doesn't seem to do anything but loop back on itself. I NEED A NUMBER FOR MY PLAYERS! Sorry, I'd appreciate a little direction.
