I am trying to run a Modern Dip Varient Game.  Sent a message a week or 
so ago, and only got two replies.  This is a ten player Varient.  
Specific information can be obtained from the Diplomatic Pouch 
(www.diplom.org).

I sure would like to get this one going, so come on folks.  Get out of 
the holiday funk and play some dip.
