Greetings All.
 
     As Kaiser of Germany I can assure all of you that  all I want is peace, 
Peace, PEACE: "Oh, a little piece of Poland a little piece  of France, a 
little piece of Austria and Portugal per chance..."  I've been  playing Diplomacy 
about as long as I have been mixing my metaphors.
