Hi all,

As the subject header states, Fresh Fish 1256 is in need of a new Kaiser.  Still.  Its an exciting position, being a four-center power currently staring down an eight-headed Russian Gigantor.  However, the game is still in its infancy going into Fall 1902, and there remains quite a bit of play on the board.
