Obviously no pledge is needed for Cat-23..  This is just something stupid I'm doing to try to get some juices flowing on the Cat23-GM list again.  In short, I've vowed to always be GMing at least one game on Cat-23 as well as always be in one.  I dropped the glove and challenged others to do the same.

Sorry for any confusion folks.  I sometimes talk before thinking, and drink heavily before writing...  =)
