Two Rivers 1261 - Gonna Need Another Barrel of Chum

Hi folks,

I'm now in one of those unfortunate GMing situations where I need to find a
replacement player.  The position is an aggresively placed four-centre
Austria.  The game is Two Rivers 1261, a full-press gunboat game of the
Rivers variant.  (Same as standard only with the addition of the Rhine and
Danube rivers, allowing fleet movement into Munich and Vienna/Budapest.)
