The Colonial Game Here On Cat-23

You know..  If I had a nickel for every time I heard somebody complain that
there weren't enough folks running variants like Colonial, I'd have at least
two bucks..  =)

And yet, here is Andy's Colonial game sitting unfilled and needing four more
players.  Man, the irony...

Now two bucks minus my two cents worth equals...  well...  hopefully it
equals four more players.  *grin*
