New Standard White Press Dip Game

Hi folks!
  Looking for at least five valiant souls to fill out
another new Standard game. Nothing special, no variant
rules. Deadlines will generally be about a week apart,
but subject to change at the GM's god-like whims. ;)
  Fair warning to all applicants: I have recently
updated my house rules, and they are fairly strict
with regards to assigning proper unit and coastal
designations to units, as well as the abbreviations
used for provinces. Anybody interested will be sent a
copy of my house rules before the game start, and
given the chance to back out gracefully if they find
the task too daunting.
  Please write to me (not the Cat lists) with a FULL
seven-power preference list. Any applicant without a
pref list will be put at the bottom of my list, and if
the game fills up before I receive that pref list,
that player will be disqualified.
