Can one still find players with Cat? Lets see!

We have a number of players signed up already for this 10 to 17 player
game. Unlike most World games the Madman rule will eliminate long delays
because of No Moves Received.  With the Engineer Unit you will be able
to build outside your home country, and convert units from one type to
another. And the UN rules will make it a fun game to follow.  And last,
but not least!  My adjudicator will all but eliminate GM errors, and
allow me to adjudicate within 24 hours of the deadline 99% of the time.
