Hi folks,

My imperial game, Guns Germs and Steel 1264 / DC110, requires a replacement
Chinese leader.  The season is Fall 1864 and, while the position has been
under some heavy fire, due to recent game developments there is a very good
chance of recovery for the skilled diplomat.  The current game map can be
