Pandemonium Variant Playtest

Hi folks,

Had an interesting idea for a variant.  Wondering if I could find seven
brave souls out there to play-test it.

It would be a standard game, only you could only build in centers that you
did NOT control.

Supply center ownership would transfer immediately before winter builds, so
building in a center would not mean that you own that center - you'd have to
hold on to it for at least a whole nother year.  I think this style of
builds would definitely add an interesting flavour to the game.  I've named
the variant Pandemonium.
