Just a reminder of my earlier posting concerning the prize money aspect of this tournament. As Mike states this is a
DC tournament, not a Cat23 tournament. The moderators of Cat23 take no responsibility should the financial aspects
of this tournament prove problematical.

What is a Winter Blitz?



It's a BLITZ tournament, 2 rounds of Diplomacy (one after the
other), played to the schedule of an entire game year per week.

Once the first round kicks off on Jan 3, expect things will move along
very fast - only 4 days till the first move deadline, with turns
twice a week after that.  Can you handle the pace?
